We have 2 dance studio locations in Amsterdam and offer dance & fitness classes for 40+. We offer classes such as Jazz dance, Dance Fitness /
Power Dance Workout. We believe that dance is for everyone interested in dance and fitness. We hope to welcome you into a relaxed and easy atmosphere. WHY DANCE? People come to us with different motivations. This is the place for you if you w

ant to learn how to move with grace and ease, maintain your figure, feel fit, boost your energy and improve your self confidence. Classes are focused on developing strength style and a good posture. Dance fitness helps us to develope strength and flexibility. It's a great way to maintain your figure and health. To others dance is an expression of freedom and a way to relax and let off steam. For others it is sport or a way to tap into your potential to develop your talent. Our classes are open for everyone, whether it's for fun, for sport or if you have never taken a class it's a worthwhile adventure you will not regret! Each participant works at their own pace and at their own speed. We aim to create a safe environment so that you can focus on your training. There is no competition or comparing in our classes! We also feel that it's important to be comfortable with moving in your way but it is equally important also to be comfortablr in messing up!! The focus is keyed to continual personal development no matter how old you are! Paying individual attention to all participants is important.
