BJJ teaches children more than technique. It builds confidence, focus and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Skills they’ll carry with them way beyond the gym.

From September 10th, Eastbound is offering BJJ lessons for two age groups: 6–11 and 12–17. A trial lesson costs €10.

September 10th, we’re starting BJJ lessons for kids and teenagers at Eastbound.

We train two groups: ages 6–11 and 12–17. Brazilian jiu-jitsu teaches kids more than technique, it builds confidence, discipline and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Skills that go way beyond the mat.

This is Juno, a two-year-old Husky. Even though he’s in the midst of his teen years, he is the sweetest soul.

One of the reasons Huskies end up in the shelter is because they are often misunderstood. With their impressive appearance and pretty blue eyes, they’re a popular breed. But they are also a very active breed that needs a lot of activity and training.
