Celebrating my birthday and the opening of this new life cycle in Brazil has been beyond what I could have ever imagined.

The true beauty of this birthday celebration was how deeply it reflected the prayer I hold in my heart.

Immersed in nature and the elements. Bathing with women and children in a waterfall, holding my prayer for motherhood and my beloved. Celebrating across generations, in community, gathered in prayer around the fire.

The blessings felt infinite - shooting stars, discovering a tiny colibri nest, planting fresh cacao seeds into the earth as prayers…

And all of it held by Mama Cacao, quite literally in every form and way. Morning cacao goodness, a miel de cacao creative moment, gifting myself a cacao necklace, the biggest Criollo pod I have ever seen, homemade cacao from a sister, and banana cake with ceremonial cacao.

And beyond all of this, being welcomed by my sister Jaya Cósmica with so much love, and also held by her mom and daughter with so much care, is something I will be forever grateful for.

It all felt like a sweet message from Spirit - that everything I am praying for is already here and that the invitation now is to finally receive it all.

I am back in Brazil.

Returning after all these years moves me in a way I can barely describe. To once more walk upon these abundant, alive lands touches something deep inside of me.

It was here that I first met Mama Cacao, and my path with her changed me forever.

I began following her mystery, and little by little, she opened me more deeply to myself and to the wisdom of my own heart.

Because walking with Cacao has always been about so much more than drinking her, serving her, or sharing her in ceremony.

For me, her medicine has been a deeper initiation into living from the heart. Into listening to what is true. Having the courage to follow it. And becoming an embodiment of the love and connection we want to see in this world.

Be the medicine.

Coming back now feels like meeting another circle of that journey.

Because I have returned while preparing to open the doors to CACAO EXPANSION - The Path of the Cacao Guardian again.

A journey born from my own path and expansion with the medicine of the heart - and from the deeper calling to carry her medicine and your own medicine into the world with integrity and devotion.

There is so much to say about abundance.

The more I contemplate it, the more I feel how deeply it is connected to our relationship with life itself.

Because abundance can touch some of the deepest places in us, the places that have learned there isn’t enough, that we are not enough, that we have to strive for what we desire, that support needs to be earned, or that it isn’t always safe to fully receive.

I believe abundance is about so much more than what we have.

It is how we experience life.

Because we can have so much and still not feel abundant at all.

We can be surrounded by beauty and not really see it.
Be loved and not fully let it in.
Be supported and still feel like we have to do everything ourselves.
Receive so much and still feel like something is missing.

And maybe this is the deeper invitation of abundance:

Not to have more. But to become more available for what is already here.

To let life in.

What if abundance is not about what we have, but how deeply we are connected to life?

To the aliveness of our own being.
To love.
To beauty.
To the Earth.
To the gifts that are already here.

So often, we are taught to look for abundance outside of ourselves. And yet, we can have so much and still feel like something is missing.

Because abundance is not a construct of the mind.
It is a lived experience.

It is the feeling of being connected to life.
Of being nourished by what is here.
Of allowing ourselves to receive.
Of feeling the fullness of our own existence.

I believe abundance begins here, not in reaching for more, but in becoming available to what is already here. Truly allowing life to move through us.

Because when we are connected to the richness that already lives within us, something begins to flow.

We soften.
We receive.
And from that fullness, we naturally overflow.

I am a woman that is in love.

In all the seeking and longing,
I came to pause once more.

And here, I am experiencing love
as the origin,
the destination,
and the fabric of all that is.

Being a lover, no matter who I am with.

or what I do.

Weeping at the sacred waters,
uncovering the layers of my heart,
holding my longing in my bare hands -
I offer all of myself.

Meeting life in its mystery,
with one thing that I am sure of:

I am a woman that loves.
A woman that is in love.

What are we waiting for?

How often do we postpone the life that is calling us until we feel more ready, more certain, more confident.

Yet perhaps courage has never been about certainty.

Perhaps it begins the moment we choose to trust the wisdom of our hearts, even when we cannot yet see the whole path.

Life is always inviting us forward.
To speak the words we have been holding back.
To follow what feels deeply alive.
To allow ourselves to be seen.
To step beyond the familiar and into the unknown.

Not because we know what will happen.
But because something within us knows it is time.

I believe courage is in the choice we make, again and again, to let love lead instead of fear.

To trust that the heart already knows the way.
