In competition men & women are seperated for fair reasons. We can try to convince ourselves to be

equal with men, but the fact is: we are not! To start of we have different bodies, which results in a different game! Measure and reflect yourself with equal partners, face your maximum potential and decrease your risk in injuries. Besides that, it’s lot’s of fun to train with someone of your own size:) Sharpen your game, train safely, find equal partners.
