MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)

Is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground. Including a “mix” of skill that each fighter could posses during the time they dedicate to build a strong martial arts background. WENG CHUN KUNG FU

This ancient martial art combines one of the most effective fighting systems with philosophical w

isdom and physical health aspects. In Weng Chun Kung Fu we train not only the beautiful historical forms from the Shaolin Temple but also applications which focus on self defense, health and physical condition. BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

Brazilian JiuJitsu, is a pure Martial Art and competitions fighting sport, based on the ex*****on of ground fighting techniques such as chokes, joint lock, immobilization and throws. BJJ is the way to the most effective use of physical, mental and spiritual strength. By teaching you attacks and defense it refines your body and mind, helps you make the spiritual essence of Jiu Jitsu a part of your very being.
