At Vitalité Ferrier, most classes follow the VF55 format 🩶 intentionally designed to support not only strength and mobility, but also recovery, nervous system balance and sustainable movement patterns.
Research increasingly shows that chronic stress, insufficient recovery and constant high-intensity stimulation can negatively affect hormonal balance, inflammation levels and long-term adherence to exercise. Moderate, mindful forms of movement appear to support both physical and nervous system resilience more sustainably over time.
