Ramadan Workout Hi everyone! I would love to keep working out during the Ramadan! I hope you too?! I am thinking to workout 1 hour before el iftar, a few times a week.

Lets help motivate each other during this blessed month and bring out your best workout regime with you! You can keep us posted where you will be working out and who can join. We can workout in the park, at a gym (that allows us) whatever idea you have! I am open to share!
