Putting my focus face on 🤓
As a personal trainer, dance & mindset coach going through perimenopause myself, I sometimes struggle with the idea of how a coach is “supposed” to look.
For a long time, being fit meant looking lean, ripped, having visible abs… and honestly, my idea of what “healthy” looks like has changed over the years.
Now, going through perimenopause, my body is changing. And yes, sometimes I overthink how I come across.
Do I look like a personal trainer?
Do I look like a dance coach?
Am I representing what people expect a coach to look like?
But then I remind myself:
There is no “average” personal trainer.
There is no “average” dance coach.
There is no “average” mindset coach.
We are all different.
So let me introduce myself:
I’m not your average personal trainer, dance & mindset coach.
I’m a woman going through perimenopause myself.
I experience the changes, the struggles, the doubts and the frustrations too.
And maybe that’s exactly what makes me a better coach.
Because I don’t coach from perfection.
I coach from experience.
I understand that being healthy isn’t about looking a certain way.
It’s about feeling strong.
Moving your body.
Taking care of yourself.
And learning to embrace the body you’re in — even when it changes.
So yes… this is my focus face. 🤓
And this is me.
Showing up. Moving forward. And helping you do the same. ❤️
