SAVE THIS FOR LATER

Home or gym. The muscle doesn’t care.

What it cares about is tension, effort and getting close to failure. That’s it.

The gym makes progression easier because you’ve got the load sitting there. Home makes consistency easier because there’s no excuse to skip. Both work if you run them properly.

What I always recommend 👇

✅ 3-5 sets of each exercise
✅ 10-20 reps per set
✅ go as heavy as you can while the reps stay clean
✅ rest 1-2 minutes between sets
✅ same rules at home as in the gym

Pick your version, save it, and run it again next week with a bit more weight or a few more reps.

That’s the part that actually builds the body. Not the location.

📌 SAVE THIS FOR LATER 📌

Cardio is the fastest way to burn fat.
..or at least, that’s what the screen makes it look like.

I’ll be honest, this one is a bit clickbait. Real life doesn’t look like this.

Most of the time slower, steady cardio wins. Not because it burns more in the moment, but because of what the hard stuff costs you 👇

👉 it eats straight into your recovery
👉 you can only hold that intensity for so long
👉 too much of it and you start burning off the muscle you worked for
👉 and most people don’t have the time to do it properly anyway

So before you add another sweaty session, get this in place 👇

✅ strength training first
✅ food that actually supports the training
✅ steps every day, not only on gym days
✅ recovery, because that’s where the progress lands
✅ some cardio if you enjoy it

And if you’re more advanced, or you’ve got the time and the recovery to spare, then sure. Add the harder sessions.

But add them on top.

The recipe for real fat loss is strength, food, recovery and steps. Cardio comes last, not first.

Cardio is the fastest way to worsen your loose skin.

Here’s the part nobody tells you 👇

👉 The more intense the cardio, the more loose skin you end up with — if you don’t do strength training and work on your nutrition

👉 Incline walk burns 180, stairs 400, running 300 — but the harder you go, the more muscle you burn alongside the fat (without strength training)

👉 And loose skin is mostly not a skin problem. It’s mostly a body composition problem. There’s nothing underneath holding it up anymore

It really bothers me that we keep selling cardio as the whole answer.

I work with people who ran every day for a year and then felt like they’d failed, when nobody ever told them the missing piece.

Strength training is the piece 👇

✅ Lift heavy 2-3x a week — muscle is what fills the skin back out, and strength training has positive effects on your whole body: skin, bones, joints, hormones, blood sugar, mood
✅ Keep cardio mostly low impact: incline walking, easy pace, long and boring
✅ Eat enough protein to actually keep what you build
✅ Sleep and recovery, because you grow between the sessions, not during them
✅ Give it 12 months, not 12 weeks — skin follows muscle, and muscle takes time

One honest note 👇

This is about the loose skin most people deal with after losing 10, 20, 30 kilos.

If you’ve come down from severe obesity, or lost a very large amount of weight, or it happened very fast, the skin can be stretched beyond what muscle and nutrition will fix.

That’s a different conversation, and one to have with a doctor. Training still makes you healthier, stronger and better off either way — it just won’t be the whole answer there.

Comment “BOOTY” and I’ll send you the free strength training programme.

I’m grateful for every terrible thing that ever happened to me.

Because all of it led here. To this work. To helping people get strong, get healthy, get confident in their own skin. To being a mirror for everyone I meet.

Life handed me a whole lot of lemons. So I made it my mission to squeeze every last one and make the most delicious fu***ng lemonade — and get everybody high on it.

And if you’re reading this and you’re struggling right now. If you’re unhappy with yourself. If you’re in a bad place and life feels heavy — hear me out.

I can tell you from decades of suffering: one day you wake up and it just falls into place 👇

👉 The work you actually want
👉 The body you’ve been chasing
👉 The people who get you
👉 The clarity

All you have to do is keep going. Have faith. One foot in front of the other. Do your best, be your best, be good, do good.

I’ve never felt more in love with life than I do at this very moment.

So keep going 🤍💎

SAVE THIS ABS WORKOUT FOR LATER

Doing abs every day won’t give you a flat stomach.
Or at least, not the way most people think.

I see it all the time in the gym. Hundreds of crunches to “burn belly fat”. But you can’t burn fat from one spot. Belly fat goes through your nutrition, your daily movement and your sleep.

So why train abs at all?

👇 What ab training actually does
✅ Builds the muscle, so it shows once your body fat drops
✅ Gives you stability in every lift
✅ Supports your lower back
✅ Improves your posture and how you move every day

👇 Your core is more than a six pack
👉 Re**us abdominis, the six pack at the front
👉 Internal and external obliques, for rotating and bending sideways
👉 Transverse abdominis, your natural weight belt
👉 Erector spinae and multifidus, holding your spine steady
👉 Diaphragm and pelvic floor, the top and bottom of your core

And no, you don’t need to train it every day. 1 to 2 times a week is enough. Your core is already working in every squat, deadlift and press.

👇 How to use it
✅ As a finisher at the end of your session
✅ Combined with cardio or a full body workout
✅ At home, no equipment needed

👇 The workout
✅ 3 to 5 rounds
✅ 10 to 20 reps per exercise
✅ Close to failure, but not quite

HOME VS GYM? SAVE THIS WORKOUT

You don’t need a gym to train.
Or at least, not for this one.

I hear it all the time: “I couldn’t make it to the gym today.” But your muscles don’t know where you are. They only know tension and effort.

So here’s one workout, two versions. Same result.

👇 How to do it
✅ 3 to 5 rounds
✅ 10 to 20 reps per exercise
✅ Close to failure, but not quite. Leave 1 or 2 reps in the tank
