The Amsterdam Crusaders are one of Europe’s most established American football clubs, with a proud history of competitive success and player development. We compete at the highest level in the Netherlands and regularly participate in international tournaments.
🧱 Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Defensive Line Coach to join our senior team’s coaching staff. This is a supported role—you will work alongside a full coaching staff including a Defensive Coordinator, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and other position coaches.
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Passion for American football and player development
• Basic understanding of defensive line techniques and schemes
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with experienced staff
• Ability to commit to weekly practices (Monday & Wednesday night) and game days
• Previous coaching or playing experience is a plus, but not required
