Another great Wednesday night on the mats! We worked on a sequence of effective takedowns, focusing on the details, timing, and technique. 💥

It was also great to have Professor Olga, 3rd Degree Black Belt, training with us and sharing the mats with the team. Her experience and energy always make the training even better. 🥋🔥

Friday morning class. 🥋

Today’s class was all about one of the most iconic submissions in the Carlson Gracie system: the Clock Choke.

Simple, effective, and proven over decades, it’s a technique that works from white belt all the way to black belt. When the details are right, it becomes a submission that’s incredibly difficult to escape.

Today’s class started on the feet and flowed straight into a half guard position, finishing with a smooth sweep.

It’s always great to see how one movement connects naturally to the next. The more you understand the sequence, the easier it becomes to apply it during live training.
