Are you looking for a happy and healthy way to get fit after giving birth? Baby Jam Fitness is the way to go, and you won't need a babysitter! Classes are given by a professonal dance instructor, who will make sure that all movements are light enough for you and your baby. It's more the weight of the baby that will make it a work-out. Everyone can attend once your doctor has given you the 'go' for

starting sports. Usually there is a check-up 6 weeks after giving birth, in which your doctor will comment on you starting to do sports again. Please note, without complications during birth, you are always allowed to carry your baby's weight (also with c-section) and movements in this class are light enough not to bother baby or your recovering body :)

Please note that participation is at own risk and you should check with your physician if there are any restrictions with regard to specific moves etc. Baby Jam Fitness is not liable for any damage caused during the classes.

Hey everyone! Last classes of 2017 tomorrow and Friday at 14.00! Don’t miss it! Classes will be Boezemvriend where u can chill and have a coffee afterwards :)

As of next year we will most probably offer classes every Tuesday and Friday. Stay tuned for more info and other details. But for now, join us tomorrow and Friday for a fun workout!!

A few cancellations (babies, get well soon!) but a very good second class! We received very good and constructive feedback, which will help us improve the classes even more to your liking!
