On May 29 to June 2, Academia de Tango Amsterdam and our friends/families from the Netherlands participated in Stockholm Pugliese Weekend (https://fb.me/e/5a1kGls02) invited by Tango Norte, the Swedish non-profit tango association and the municipal culture house Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. In heart-warming retrospect, we would like to share a small selection of highlights from the big weekend, captured by the talented Argentine photographer ✨Johanna Jezernicki✨

And our new friends, Michael Lavocah 🇬🇧 Dag Stenvoll 🇳🇴 Mabel Rivero 🇦🇷🇩🇪🇬🇧 Jean Amadeo Pouyé 🇦🇷🇫🇷 Johanna Jezernicki 🇦🇷 Jenny Hellgren 🇸🇪 Ulla Kastrup 🇸🇪 and filmmakers/photographers who will be present with their vision and voices: Yael Szmulewicz 🇦🇷 Nicolás Artín 🇦🇷 Viveka Cáceres 🇦🇷 Leendert Pot 🇳🇱 Carel Kraayenhof 🇳🇱 and Camilla van Zuylen 🇳🇱.
Special thanks to Sujy Lee, Mario Bernengo, Alba Lange, Tomas Larsson and volunteers & members of Tango Norte and all the staff of Kulturhuset Stadsteatern — and the dancers, musicians and the audience from Sweden and all around the world.
Today, we will at Salón del Sábado—Celebrating 33 Years of Academia de Tango. We will be thinking of you all, with the warmest thoughts and neverending gratitude.
