🌈 ENDING PRIDE THE STOKED WAY.

21 reps. Two buddies. One increasingly questionable life decision. 😂

Every round, we added another movement to the party:
21 Cals
21 Box Jumps
21 Burpees Over Buddy
➕ Pull-Ups
➕ DB Snatches
➕ 200m Run Together
➕ Toes to Bar
➕ Devil Press
➕ Push-Ups
➕ DB Deadlifts

The further you got, the worse it got. 🤝😂

But that’s exactly what we love about training together: suffering hits different when the whole room is in it with you.

A pretty damn good way to close out Pride. Thank you for joining!
