After 5 years, it is time to close the door on The Garage Gym. We have loved every moment, and we hope all of our lovely clients did also. Of course this is not the end for Thijmen or his trainers, so here is where you can find them!
Samuel will be doing Personal Training at .community Charlotte will also be at .community for PT and .studios for Group Classes Emese will be at .studios building her empire Clarisse will be teaching at and .amsterdam Sebastiaan will be doing PT at .amsterdam And of course.. Thijmen, is starting his new adventure in Bussum, with every detail still to come. Come and find us in our new spots!

Hi! I’m Sebastiaan, 24 years old and the newest addition to The Garage Gym team! I’ve always taken an interest in the gym and decided to turn that interest into something more.

In 2020 I was selected to play lacrosse for the U21 National Team here in the Netherlands. Since lacrosse is a really small sport in the Netherlands we were on our own when it came to training outside of the on-field practices. This is where I realized that my interest in health & fitness had turned more into a passion and I decided I wanted to pursue a career in this field, and now (a couple years of studying later) here we are!

My goal is to work with athletes that want to reach the next level in their performance.

Today we say goodbye to Robyn, our very first Garage Gym Intern 🥺 Robyn skipped through our door in September and brought her positive and infectious energy, fresh knowledge and eagerness to learn with her. 4 months have not felt long enough with Robyn, and hopefully our paths will cross again.. For now, we wish her the best of luck in finishing her studies at ROC Sport en Bewegen, to earn her NASM Certification 💪🏼🫶🏼 the future is bright!✨✨
