A few weeks ago, we invited you to choose yourself this summer🖤

And you showed up. Stayed consistent. Got stronger.

The PLTS Summer Passport Challenge runs until September 1, so if you’re not there yet, keep going. Every class counts!

Once the challenge closes, we’ll digitally verify all completed passports (count your classes).

On September 2, everyone who successfully completed the challenge will receive an email with their digital voucher to collect their exclusive PLTS Summer Gift.

You can pick up your gift from: September 7 - September 14 and collect your gift at the PLTS studio of your choice.

Simply show your digital voucher to your instructor/frontdesker

PLTS x Amoué | Sound Bath & Reformer Pilates 🤎

Join us on Friday, August 7 for an exclusive experience created especially for our Unlimited Members.

Begin with a 30-minute High-Intensity Reformer Pilates class to energize your body, followed by a 30-minute Sound Bath led by Journey in Sound Studio📍Muizenberg, Cape Town to help you unwind, reset and reconnect.

Class starts: 11:00 AM (Please arrive 10 minutes early.)
