Sometimes stuff happens you didn’t dare to hope for. Yesterday we won an Eurobike Award!

For those of you who aren’t full-blown cycling geeks like we are: Eurobike is the world’s leading trade fair for the cycling industry, and Eurobike Awards are like the Oscars for cycling brands.

Technically it was our exclusive distribution partner Edco who won with the 3ax pedals, but I’m sure our moms are equally proud.

We bet this wouldn’t have happened without all the buzz Kickstarter created, and without all of you who shared our posts, who told friends about us, and who were endlessly patient with all the hurdles we had to take.

We just received our first 'out of tool'-parts! 'Out of tool' means they're created with the tools we'll use on the final production line, so thanks the support of our Kickstarter backers we're gearing up for mass production. In the days to come, we'll do some thorough tests to check the material and the precision margins.

Meanwhile, our designer works on the packaging. We're very excited about the first concepts and will share the result in one of the upcoming updates.

We'll keep you posted!

En hier nog een foto van de schoenplaten. Net als voor het pedaal geldt hiervoor dat veel van het aluminium en staal straks natuurlijk kunststof wordt om het licht te maken.
