Before and After with 5 years in between. Picture on the left i had just stopped eating bread ( yes i did it) was overtraining and doing cardio 2, 3 times a week; lost 12 kgs in 4 months, got a six pack and lost ALL MY CURVES. I looked at me like: ok you did it gurl! Now get ya curves back!i do something about it!
And i did. Went heavier on the weights and increased my daily calories. Cardio became a distant friend while weight training was my to go to. Consistency got my curves back. Discipline and foccus. I eat some bread here and there. I do not go crazy on diets. I exercise because i love to do it. And if you girl wanna achieve that. I can help you with it. Hit me up! Let’s go
