Anne started to practice Pilates in 2012 in London when her osteopath advised her post pregnancy to take some classes to help with her back issues. In 2014, Anne moved to the Netherlands and started training at the Movement Practice in Amsterdam. She was at the time pregnant but already had in mind to become a Pilates instructor. She built her core strength back to reach her goal
to support people from a holistic viewpoint.
