"Go the Yoga way" is just simple and easily attainable for all who don't do yoga.May be you haven't found the right class or teacher, or perhaps the thought of doing a slow, sweaty posture on the mat isn't the ideal way you would like to spend your time. I have made it my mission this year to spread the word that EVERYONE can benefit from a yoga practice.So whether you're a yogi or not, there are

some simple poses that will enhance your overall well-being. Regardless of yoga's sweeping popularity, some folks still firmly believe that yoga is beyond their abilities.Whether it is the excuse of injury or lack of strength and flexibility, not everyone wants to, or is able to participate. So, in the spirit of my mission to spread the word of the universal benefits of a yoga practice, I have come up with a space for willing YOGA minded people to get together in Amstelveen and reap the benefits. Truly said-"Physically, a one hour yoga class won't tout the same calorie-blasting effects as 60 mins of cardio.But it will increase your blood flow, get your oxygen moving and get any stuck parts of your body unstuck."
