Quick sugar reduction tip: to reduce processed sugars, check the ingredients list.
If sugar (or names like glucose syrup, maltose, or dextrose) shows up in the first few ingredients, it’s heavily processed.
Quick increasing daily steps tip: Take phone calls while walking; Get off one stop early on public transport; Walk to the studio instead of driving when the weather allows
