After four straight ICC World Cups and a series of record-breaking wins, we’re looking for a Head Coach to lead the next chapter with qualification for the 2027 ODI and 2028 T20 World Cups firmly in our sights.

📄 Full-time, 2+ years
🗓️ Start: October 2026

The role, in short: lead the National XI, design year-round training programmes, drive the Men’s pathway and talent development, chair the selection panel, and mentor the coaches coming through the High Performance system.

What we’re after:
Level 3 (or international equivalent), proven elite coaching success, sharp leadership and communication, and a strong grasp of the Associate cricket environment. Full driver’s licence and residence in the Netherlands during the contract.
