GREAT NEWS! The new rugby season is about to get started! Try something new and come playing rugby with the Amstelveense Rugby Club! Not having played rugby ever before or you want to rehearse your skills and knowlegde? No worries! The Amstelveense Rugby Club organizes an Introduction Course. Check out the schedule:

The trainingsessions start at 7h45 with a brief meeting in the club house. There we will explain you the details of the training of that night. We will enter the pitch at 8h00.

You can register by clicking on the "online inschrijfformulier ARC" link on our website (http://www.arcrugby.nl/wp/lid-worden-becoming-a-member/). Don't forget to thick the "Introduction" option. The introduction course costs €25. If you become a club member, this will be deducted from your contribution.

Coming Sunday September 27th a day of rugby at International Amstelveense Rugby Club. At 1300 the third team is playing at home against Alkmaarse RFC. Followed by the second team playing ASCRUM.
The games of the Rugby World Cup are shown on the screen too.

Dear rugby enthusiasts,

The first week of training has gone by already. It is great to see so many new players with so much energy and enthusiasm! I hope you are looking forward to the remaining five weeks as much as we are.

Here is some practical info and requests:

If you haven't come to the training yet, please know that you're still very welcome to join in the fun. The trainings are on tuesday and thursday night at 8:15 pm at our club at Sportlaan 23 in Amstelveen. Please make sure you are there a little earlier so you have time to change and do a little warming up.

If you haven't registered yet, please do so by using the form at the bottom of this page: http://www.playhardplayrugby.nl/

If you have any friends who might be interested, please don't hesitate to bring them along!

If you haven't paid yet, please bring 25 euro to the next training. Paying by card (pinnen) is also an option.

If you didn't get a mouth guard (bitje) yet, please let us know at the club before the start of the next training. Everybody should have a mouth guard next training, as we will be starting to work on contact situations.
