How do you train with a powerband. There are many excersices, stretches and movements possible with the powerband. You really can do every fitness excersice with it. I show you how!^^
◇ to make the workout heavier take a bigger band or shorten the distance of the band.
Try to compleet the sets 3 rounds:
◇workout with time or repetitions.
20 reps is good or 30 seconds will do.
