Today deadlift starts at 50kg. Why Jacob you ask? You are strong enough for 100kg. Well yes i am, but i want to train this excercise and learn and get better at it. And i want to enjoy myself in the process. Sometimes less is more.
Its not ideal maybe for gaining muscle mass but thats not the goal of today.
