When you're content with all these aspects of life you will reach your sweetspot. That place of happiness, contentment, unruffledness, fulfillment, peace & joy

Your inner world will be so blissful that nothing from the outside world will be able to upset you and it's a wonderful place to be!

⚠️ You will naturally distance yourself from everyone you no longer level with.

⚠️ People who are no longer a match to your vibration will disappear.

⚠️ Your light will attract a lot of moths.

After 2 years, Rona-19 got to me and my daughter. We're doing well, no major symptoms, just feeling a little bit cold and tired.

It's funny that everyone I tell about it is happy for me; they congratulate us for having the C- word, so we can finally have a QR-code and can have dinner again, go to the movies and other sorts of entertainment and leisure.

Crazy that we live in a time where the first thing in our minds that comes up when someone gets sick is happiness. Happy that that person could have'freedom' again.

Crazy that we live in a time when people actually want to catch this highly unknown and contagious virus.

So much happened in the last couple of years, but one thing will never change. Happiness comes from within, not from the circumstances around you or the 'freedom' to participate in society. Happiness and freedom are feelings; nobody can put a boundary on that, only you can do that (if you want to) 🧡🙏🏻

We take being lied to very personal, and of course it's hurtful if you can't trust someone anymore.

The real issue actually has nothing to do with you as a person, but has everything to do with the person that's lying.

Lying comes from the fear of telling the truth. If someone tells the truth and show their true colors, they take a risk. They can be dismissed, denied or even abandoned for their truth, for who they really are. Being truthful is very very vulnerable.

When someone isn't secure enough or don't know their own value, lying is the safest option. If they get dismissed based on a lie, it's less hurtful, because they still protected who they really are.

Confident people who know their value and are secure in themselves, don't feel the need to lie, pretend or to cover their face with multiple masks. They prefer real over fake. They take risks, so they don't devalue themselves in order to please others out of fear.

Lying is a fear response, while being truthful is a Selflove response. 🧡🙏🏻

Especially after the festivities of last week, it's possible to have a social hangover, God knows I certainly have one 😅

As a High Sensitive Person you feel and experience more intense and even absorb more energy from other.

So after being around so many different people/energies, different environments and so many impulses you need some time to process all of this.

You can feel tired, quiet, drained, agitated or even headaches are common.

Things you can do :

- 🔇 Mute your notification
- Tell the people around you, you need some Me-Time
- Activate your creative brain, write, draw, paint or make music
- Connect with nature, go for a walk or listen to nature sounds
- Pamper yourself, sauna, long hot bath, favorite food, candles etc.
- Meditation or mindfulness
- Give yourself time
- Listen to what you need

When recharged you have energy to share again, but until then, make yourself a priority 🧡

Let's start 2022 with being loving towards ourselves. 🙏🏻🙌🏼

Everyday is a new beginning, we don't need a new year to start being our best selfs, but new years eve is definitely fun and one of my favorite moments to reflect back.

Last year was a spiritual journey for me, with great insights, inspiration and wonder. Just magical.

This year I lost a couple of dear ones and embraced new life.

I've got my heart broken and found love.

I've discovered new things and had to let go of the old.

And before I celebrate this new year I first want to let go of the past.

If you did me dirty or if I did you wrong, I apologize for my part of the situation.

I forgive myself for all the mistakes that I've made and choose to live peacefully and in harmony with my light and dark side. To stay true to my soul.

Thank you 2021 for all the experiences and lessons, let's see what 2022 has in store 😀

What a time to be alive 😅, who could've predicted this worldwide situation? It's crazy!

When this whole thing started I was ready to travel. I already didn't do that for a couple of years, because I had a wellness business at that point, which required my full attention.

Now we're another couple of years further. Holiday and traveling for me is synonymous to relaxing, being open minded, less occupied with my own thoughts and no household chores 😉

Due to this situation traveling is more difficult, but with a little creativity you can create a mental holiday 💃🏻 for me movies, nice cocktails and a peaceful surrounding will do the trick. Find out what it is that you need and give yourself a break, we all need it from time to time. Happy holidays 🥰🧡🥂🔥🙏🏻 keep on thinking in the options you do have, Love!

How do you like to be treated? When I ask this question, most answers I get is, with respect, kindness, wanting to feel like a priority etc.

But how are you providing this for yourself? Do you treat yourself with respect? With kindness? Do you make yourself a priority?

The way you treat yourself, teach others how you like to be treated and they will follow your example, but it all starts with you!

For example: when someone repeatedly is crossing your boundaries, try to look within, how are you protecting your boundaries? How do you respect your own boundaries?

The way you treat yourself will be reflected in the outside world, so be kind to yourself and the rest of the world will follow 🧡

Selfie 🤳 time! Or actually reflection time 😉

December is the perfect month to look back on last year and dream about 2022.

The questions I ask myself about last year:
- what memories did I make
- what made me happy
- what lessons did I learn
- which wounds do I still need to heal

About 2022
- how do I want my life to look like one year from now
- what skills do I need to develop
- what actions do I need to take
- how much value can I bring

Look back and reflect, make a plan, set goals and work it 🙌🏼 🧡
