Once a year, we step out of our comfort zone to get closer to our true strength. Last year that journey took us to Morocco, this year it brings us to Phuket, Thailand.
Here, surrounded by the sea, sweat, and stillness, we are not just sharpening bodies but building mindsets. Discipline, resilience, and belief are forged in every round, every drill, every breath.
We are here to prepare our fighters but also to grow as a team, to connect, and to remember why we started.

Days Gym bestaat 20 jaar – twee decennia vol strijd, groei, tranen, glorie en doorzettingsvermogen. We zijn van ver gekomen, hebben hoogte- en dieptepunten gekend, maar één ding bleef altijd hetzelfde: we gaven nooit op.

Dit evenement is niet zomaar een vechtgala.
Het is een viering van een reis, een reünie van kampioenen, en een verbintenis van iedereen die ooit onderdeel was van Days Gym.

Today, we welcomed Jong Ajax to the gym. It was an intense training session that focused not only on the physical aspect but even more on the mental side. Topsport is topsport , and no matter the industry, we believe that the physical component can take you far. But if you want to maintain that success, you need to be mentally sharp.
