❤️❤️🌹🌸 she is my perfect client; She is motivated, focused and willing to learn.

To me it is not about the compliment ( however that is also nice to hear) its about me helping her achieve her goals, seeing her smile and making progress.
Because in the end its all about me serving and inspiring women.
So gratefull for the experience❤️

I’ am little bit embarrased and have to admit that I have not been very active on this platform.

It feels a bit like I have let you down but most of all it feels like I have let myself down.

I was doing my work in silence and I took action but I always would found a reason not to post, always postponing or playing it safe.

I found out that my reason for this behaviour was having lack of FAITH!

Not having the faith of (for example):
*Ever learning the skills around the social media platforms
*Wondering if I could deliver value to you?
*How will I ever inspire these women? Can I transform them and repurpose their lives?
*Do I have the knowledge and the skills to continue to build a business?

Everybody can say “I have a business’ but saying and doing are two different things!

To have success I know I will have to rise above my fears and doubts because it will make me grow as a person.

So I will thankfully continue this journey because I know eventually results will come .

Having faith will make things possible!

Today, 16 months ago I wanted to take on a new challenge and started my fitness journey.
At the age of 49 I decided to become a certified fitness intructor with the intension of living a healthy lifestyle , getting old gracefully and proving to myself that you dont have to be 25 years old to have a great body.

As my journey progressed I got more eager to help other women to achieve that those goals.

Through hard times and having lousy days I’am now being oke with making mistakes, taking chances and being imperfect.

Pushing forward has got me to where I’am today and finally 2 months ago Funky Curvz was born .

Tomorrow is my big day….. Tomorrow I’am starting a journey training 7 women to get back into shape. I know its going to be a fun and I am looking forward to helping them reach their goals.

I am so proud of myself to have come this far.
Wish me luck….

Funky Curvz organiseert samen met Danitsja ( lifecoach) een GRATIS pilot.

We zullen gedurende 3 weken kennismaken , trainen en daarnaast krijg je ook groepscoaching van Danitsja.
We geloven dat body en mind allebei belangrijk zijn om fit te worden en te blijven.

Details:
✅ De lessen (workouts, functioneel fitness) duren 1 uur
✅ Mindfulness is onderdeel van de lessen
✅26 mei is de training outdoors en duurt 1,5 uur
✅2 juni sluiten we af met elkaar in een koffietentje in Almere waar je voor je deelname ook een goodybag ontvangt

Voorwaarden:
❎Je bent beschikbaar van 14 mei tot 2 juni
❎ Je bent serieus en vastberaden fit te worden
❎ Je wilt veranderen en een gezonde levensstijl ontwikkelen
❎Je bent niet zwanger en hebt geen blessure
