This is the 7th time I've been doing this training camp in Alkmaar. Always a great atmosphere, awesome people ( and really really strong...) and a really cool city🤙
And of course, a really cool krav maga trainer /gym owner named Marco who somehow looks younger and stronger every time.....
always improving our fighting skills.
Can't wait for next time !
