One of my biggest highlights at Mindvalley U wasn’t my talk.
It wasn’t one of the incredible speakers.
It wasn’t even the community.

It was this dance. 😍💃🏻

Exactly one year ago, Verena and I met for the very first time.

On the MVU 2025 dance floor.

We danced.
We laughed.
And somehow… we both knew there was something here.

A few months later, she stepped into a mentorship with me.
This week, one year later, we found each other again.
On the same dance floor.

Dancing.
Celebrating.

Not because everything is figured out.
Not because every dream has already come true.
But because she’s become a different woman.

Over the past year, I’ve watched her choose herself over certainty.
I’ve watched her make courageous decisions.
I’ve watched her meet the parts of herself that wanted to stay small… and choose love and bravery anyway.

And standing there, dancing together, I realized something.
We celebrate the wrong things.
We celebrate revenue.
Followers.
Big launches.
External milestones.

But the moments that move me most… are the quiet ones.
The moment someone stops abandoning themselves.
The moment they trust their own truth.
The moment they become just a little more free.

That’s the work.
That’s embodiment.

And those are the moments I’ll celebrate every single time.

It’s official: I’m returning to Mindvalley University as a speaker. ✨

In 2024, I entered this space in Tallinn for the first time with “I Am the Portal.”
In 2025, I brought the High Frequencies Experience to Amsterdam.

And this summer, I’ll return to Tallinn with:

BEYOND TRANSFORMATION - Become the Frequency✨

Over the past years, my work has moved far beyond personal transformation.

Because there comes a point where it is no longer about learning more, healing more or endlessly trying to become a better version of yourself.

It becomes about the capacity to embody what you already know.

To become available for a deeper intelligence.
To reconnect with the guidance of your soul.
To expand your capacity to hold more life, truth, love and leadership.
And to become the frequency through which your next level can emerge.

This session will not simply be something you listen to.

It will be an experience.

A space to move beyond the mind, enter multidimensional awareness and remember what becomes possible when your whole being comes into alignment.

I’m deeply grateful to return to Mindvalley University and to share this work once again.

I almost bought the ticket.
Just like everyone else.

At the end of Mindvalley University they offered the Super Early Bird tickets for the following year.

All my friends bought one.

I was about to do the same.
And then...

I felt the tiniest contraction in my body.

Instead of ignoring it, I sat with it.

I listened.
I opened my channel.

And what came through was crystal clear:

“Don’t buy the ticket. Next year you’ll be invited.”

It made absolutely no logical sense.

But I trusted it.

Months later I discovered I’d been voted one of the Top 10 Tribe Speakers.

And only recently I found out that this also meant a complimentary ticket... and another speaking spot at Mindvalley University.

To me, this isn’t just a manifestation story.

It’s a reminder that life is constantly communicating with us.

The question is...

Are we listening?

This is exactly the kind of process I’ll be sharing inside The Field.

Not just the outcomes.

But how to distinguish fear from intuition, open your channel, and learn to trust the subtle guidance that life is constantly offering.

But knowing isn’t the same as living.

You can understand your patterns…
and still be ruled by them.

You can know exactly what your intuition sounds like…
and still abandon it so often.

You can talk about embodiment…
without actually embodying anything.

That’s where life changes.

Not when you learn something new.
But when your body becomes a different place to live from.

That’s what The Field is.

Not another course.
Not another method.
Not more information.

A place to return.
Again.
And again.
And again.

Until your new frequency becomes more familiar than your old survival.

None of them are random.

They’re invitations.

Most people think their soul speaks through intuition.

And it does.

But I believe that’s only part of the story.

After years of guiding people through transformation, embodiment and soul-led living, I’ve come to see that your soul communicates through your entire human experience.

The question isn’t:

“Is my soul speaking?”

The question is:

“Do I recognize the language?”

Your soul may communicate through:

✨ Your mind
(visions, symbols, dreams, clear hearing, sudden insights)

✨ Your heart
(love, grief, longing, connection)

✨ Your body
(clear feeling, clear knowing, expansion, contraction)

✨ Your desire
(the dream, longing or vision that won’t leave you alone)

✨ Synchronicity
(the books, people and conversations that keep showing up)

✨ The field
(the patterns and themes life keeps reflecting back to you)

And here’s the catch…

Just because your soul is speaking doesn’t mean you’re hearing it clearly.

Most people can’t receive the guidance because of layers of fear, conditioning, old beliefs and nervous system patterns.

That’s why embodiment matters.

That’s why self-trust matters.

That’s why learning to strengthen the signal matters.

Most people think alignment is about finding the answer.

In my experience, it isn’t.

Alignment is what happens after you’ve found the answer.

When you’ve stopped arguing with it.
When you’ve stopped negotiating with it.
When you’ve stopped trying to make a different truth true.

And then something fascinating happens.

Life starts moving.

Not because you’re forcing.
Not because you’re controlling.

But because you’re finally available for what wants to emerge.

I’ve seen this over and over again in my own life.

The moment I became clear about a major decision I’m making right now, things started appearing seemingly out of nowhere:

✨ The right conversations
✨ Unexpected opportunities
✨ Support I didn’t even know I needed

Not because I chased them.

But because I stopped resisting what I already knew.

The universe saying:
