I’m a former registered nurse who’s been slowly and intentionally building a new path—one rooted in holistic healing, soulful movement, and deep connection. After years of holding space in the medical world, I felt called to create something softer, more intuitive… something that feels like home. I’m so excited to be stepping into this next chapter: launching my own wellness practice th

at blends beachside yoga, energy healing, sound therapy, and retreat experiences. Starting this August, I’ll be offering beach yoga classes designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and the natural rhythms around you. I’m also opening a cozy holistic space where you can experience 1:1 energy healing sessions, sound baths, and gentle support for your healing journey. Last year, I hosted my first retreat in Nicaragua—a powerful, heart-expanding experience—and I can’t wait to create more spaces like that in the future.
