Our Story

About Us

An opportunity presented itself to own a piece of this beautiful land. As they say "No risk , no reward!" So, we dove right in! Our concept was based on what we felt was missing here for us. What would we like? I was born here in Nicaragua but grew up in Miami and Christian was born in Quebec and lived many years in Florida. We thought if we do something we like, hopefully others will like it too! In the end, we have created a relaxing, fun and humble environment where you can enjoy your water/beach activities with minimal footprint. Being environmentally conscious and working with the community is a priority. The experience that you will have here will be priceless. We hope that you will join us at our corner of paradise. Combined we speak English, Spanish, French and German.
