Mistakes don't always mean growth. They don't guarantee you are learning. Sometimes they just mean you are acting foolishly. You need to go find the right knowledge.
You can't keep making errors without seeking answers from people who have already overcome the exact problem keeping you stuck, somehow expecting to wake up to a breakthrough just because you experienced a failure. You can make a mistake, try to learn from it and still make another mistake right after.
The only mistake that actually builds your growth happens when you fail and immediately hunt down the facts you lack. Frequent mistakes are often blunt signs that your current information is obsolete. It isn't potent enough to help you advance. You have to completely throw out what you think you know by unlearning.
You drop the current knowledge that doesn't work and relearn what is actually viable.
That is the only way to grow by mistake.
