It’s easy to say “I understand”, until life turns the table and you’re the one crying behind closed doors.

Pain is personal. You can’t measure it, compare it, or fully explain it. What breaks one person might barely shake another, but that doesn’t make it less real.

So, when someone says they’re hurting, don’t dismiss it. You don’t have to fix them… just be there, listen, and show compassion.

These guys selling it to you? They don’t care if you die. And trust me, that “high” you’re chasing will leave you low, broken, and possibly dead.

If you're being pressured, walk away. Real strength is not following the crowd — it's standing alone when you have to.
