Today's LOTS OF LEGS (LOL) was intense.🔥💪
Proper intense.

The kind where your legs feel heavy before you’re even h in.
The kind where stopping starts to sound like a good idea.

We almost gave in.
More than once.
But we didn’t.
We kept going.

Through the burn, through the shakes, through that voice telling you to rest.
And somehow… we finished stronger than we started.
That’s the part people don’t see.

* Squat to Forward Raise – 12 reps × 4 sets
* Plate Squat to Jacks Press – 10 reps × 4 sets
* Weighted Overhead Reverse Lunge – 10 reps × 4 sets (each leg)
