-Warm up: Regular squats:50rep

-Jump squat: 30reps
-Running lunges: 15reps (L+R=1)
-Glute bridges: 30reps holding 5 seconds after 5reps
*Female Category:*
-Warm up: wide/ deep squat: 50reps
*Workout*
-donkey kick back: 20reps each leg
-Fire hydrant: 20reps each leg
-Glute bridges: 25reps (hold 5 seconds after every 5reps)
