🎶 I created this worship song for us to sit with today.

Sometimes the emptiness we fear is where God is speaking the loudest. Instead of filling the silence with busyness, I'm learning to be still, listen, and trust His direction.

🎶 As you listen, I'd love to know: What is God teaching you in this season? Share your thoughts in the comments.👇

🤍 If this song resonates with you, please like, share, and send it to a friend or family member who may need this reminder today.🤍🙏

Sunday Reset.
Usually it's not really about Monday. It's about something the week never left room for. What did this week not leave room for?

Save this for every Sunday.

Part 126 : From earning rest only after finishing the list…

to trusting that I am worthy of rest even when the list is unfinished.

From believing I have to do more to be enough…

to remembering that God’s love was never conditional on my productivity.

Today, I choose to rest without guilt.
I choose to receive without earning.
I choose to remember: I am loved—not because of what I accomplish, but because I am His. 🤍

Mindset reset:
I don’t have to earn what God has already given me freely.

That is the gap.

The space between what is happening around you and what is happening within you.

You may not have the words for it. You may even feel guilty for experiencing it because, “What more could I possibly ask for?”

But don't rush to explain it away.

Don't immediately fill it with more work, more activity or more noise.

Pause. Listen. Pay attention.

The gap may not be a problem to solve.
It may be information asking to be understood.

Part 125 : That tightening in your chest before something happens isn't asking to be armored against — it's asking to be brought into the light and questioned honestly. Instead of steeling yourself for what's ahead, pause and ask God directly what that tension is actually protecting, or afraid of losing.

Bracing is a solitary act. Inquiry is a shared one — it opens a conversation instead of just enduring a feeling alone. The tightness usually isn't really about the meeting, the outcome, or the moment itself. It's pointing toward something underneath: a fear you haven't named, a boundary you haven't set, a trust you haven't fully extended.

Today, when you feel that familiar tension rising, resist the urge to simply push through it. Ask instead — quietly, honestly — what it's really about.

The answer may not come immediately, but the asking itself is where the shift begins.
