One of the greatest mistakes you can make is expecting yourself to grow while remaining in an environment that constantly keeps you small.

Your environment is not just the place where you live. It includes the people you listen to, the conversations you entertain, the information you consume and the standards you have accepted.

The Bible says, “He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.” Proverbs 13:20.

Notice that Scripture does not say you will simply be influenced by the people around you. It says you will become like them.

This is why you must audit your environment.

Ask yourself:

Who challenges me to think better?

Who encourages me to become more disciplined?

What am I constantly watching and listening to?

What kind of behaviour have I normalised because everyone around me does it?

Growth becomes difficult when your environment rewards the version of you that you are trying to outgrow.

You cannot consistently feed on negativity and expect to produce faith.

You cannot spend all your time around people who have no vision and expect your vision to remain strong.

You cannot avoid learning and expect your capacity to increase.

Sometimes, your next level does not require a miracle. It requires a change in what you allow around you.

Jesus Himself demonstrated the importance of environment. He had the multitude, the disciples, and then a smaller circle that He took with Him into certain moments.

Not everyone should have the same level of access to your life.

If you want to grow, deliberately create an environment that supports growth.

Read better books.
Learn from people ahead of you.
Have conversations that stretch your thinking.
Develop relationships with people who value discipline and purpose.
Most importantly, surround yourself with influences that strengthen your walk with God.

Growth is intentional.

What you repeatedly expose yourself to will eventually shape what you believe, how you think and how you live.

Change your environment where necessary.

Your future may require a version of you that your present environment has never seen.

I have written and published four new books

These books were written to uplift you, challenge your thinking, strengthen your faith and give you practical principles for navigating life with greater wisdom and purpose.

Whether you are seeking to grow in your personal life, build stronger relationships, become a better leader, understand the principles of success, or deepen your walk with God, I believe there is something in these books that will speak directly to where you are.

My prayer is that as you read, you will not only gain knowledge but receive wisdom that you can apply to your life.

The books are available as soft copies on Selar, while physical copies are available nationwide at bookstores around you.

You can also  send us a DM to request a copy and have it sent directly to you.

I encourage you to get a copy, read it and let the principles work in your life.

God has a purpose for your life.

You were created to play a part in His divine plan. The question is not whether you have an assignment, but whether you will discover it and fulfill it.

Find your place. Find your assignment. Fulfill your purpose.

God has not changed.

“For I am the Lord, I do not change.” Malachi 3:6

The God who was faithful yesterday is still faithful today, and He will remain faithful forever.

God’s greatest desire is not just for you to receive from Him, but to truly know Him.

As believers, our greatest pursuit should be aligning our will with the will of God. Faith is not about getting God to approve our plans, but allowing Him to shape our hearts until they reflect His.

Pastors are gifts to the Church, but they are not substitutes for your personal relationship with God. They are called to point you to Christ, not replace your walk with Him.

Know God. Love God. Obey God.
