Every year, more than 20 million people die from cardiovascular disease, a devastating toll that leaves families changed forever and futures cut tragically short. This World Heart Day, 29 September, we are reminding everyone that heart health cannot wait.

This year's theme, “Don’t Miss a Beat,” is a call to action to stay in rhythm with what matters most: our health. In the rush of everyday life, it’s easy to lose sight of the moments that can change everything: the chance to move our bodies every day, to connect and spend time with family and friends, and to come together as communities, building places where everyone can live healthier and fuller lives.

It’s time to stop ignoring the warning signs and demand urgent action, for ourselves and others. On this 25th World Heart Day, join us to make sure no one misses their beat.

🌍💓 World Heart Day 2024 was a huge success at Novare Mall, Sangotedo!

Organized by Fitness Zone, in collaboration with schools, the event raised awareness about heart health and inspired positive lifestyle changes. School pupils delivered insightful talks on maintaining a healthy heart, and a vibrant musical concert capped off the day with lots of energy and fun! 🎶❤️
