Happy International Women's Day from all of us at IREP.

Today, the world celebrates women, but at IREP, we are actively building their careers. Just this past week, we officially kicked off classes for our 100 Women in Wellness project, equipping 100 women with world-class, clinical fitness education at zero cost.

Why? Because we believe that when you give a woman a high-value professional skill, you change the economic trajectory of her entire community. She stops being a spectator and becomes a healthcare asset.

To the women in our current cohorts, our alumni dominating the gym floors, and our incredible female faculty: You are the backbone of the wellness industry. Keep raising the standard. 🥂

❌ Being fit does not make you a trainer.
❌ Knowing how to yell "One more!" does not make you a coach.

A professional protects your spine, tracks your data, and understands your physiology. Anything less is just a workout buddy.
