Listening to music is occasional for me. Yes, I love music but it just has to have a great beat or super acoustics.

BUT everyone who knows me, knows I can barely make out the lyrics of most songs I listen to...I’m totally useless 🤣🤣

So, when you realize the song is saying something totally different than what you’ve been singing for years (thanks for always laughing as you correct me 🙄), imagine the embarrassment 🤦🏽‍♀️

But everyone has to take me like that.

A mantra and a half! ⭐️

As someone who detests taking meds in any form - tablets, syrups, shots 🥴 - I know I have only one option when it comes to getting close to my daily required nutrients for a healthy body💯 I do take supplements whenever I feel I need a bit more “protection” but I’m totally crap at being consistent with it. 😬

So the bottom line is...

I learned to eat (and feed my kids) a higher quantity of healthful food just because I’m too chicken to swallow pills 🙈🙈🙈 it’s just easier for me!

P.S. I also think a healthy serving of 🍰 is great for healthy living, but we’ll leave that for another post 🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️

But for now...eat your “medicine” 🥦🥒🍆🌶🥔🥗🥕🧅🍠🍅🥬🌽🫑👊🏽
