I find it uncomfortable how casually "Jesus" is used as an these days. A mosquito flies by—‘Jesus!’ Someone cracks a joke—‘Jesus!’ Something small happens—and it’s the same reaction.
I believe His name deserves more reverence than that. We can express surprise or shock in other ways—‘ah!’, ‘wow!’, ‘chai!’, ‘goodness!’, ‘haba!’ Oh my"—without using His name so casually.
I hope we can all be a bit more mindful about how we use it.
