FC ROBO'S NDUBISI ESTHER COMPLETES FIFA WOMEN FOOTBALL ADMINISTRATORS PROGRAMME
Former FC ROBO Queens captain and current coaching staff member, Ndubisi Esther, has successfully completed the FIFA Capacity-Building Programme for Women Football Administrators, which concluded on Sunday in Abuja.
The three-day programme, organised by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) with the backing of FIFA, brought together women football administrators from across Nigeria for intensive training aimed at strengthening leadership and improving football administration within the women's game.
Participants were exposed to practical and interactive sessions on football governance, competition management, leadership, safeguarding, strategic planning, as well as marketing and commercial development. The initiative is part of FIFA's continued efforts to equip women administrators with the knowledge and tools required to drive the growth of women's football in the country.
Esther's participation further demonstrates FC ROBO's commitment to continuous development, not only on the pitch but also in football administration. The Lagos-based club has consistently invested in building capacity among its technical and administrative personnel, with the knowledge gained from the programme expected to contribute positively to the club's future growth.
Her successful completion of the programme is another step forward for both FC ROBO and Nigerian women's football, as efforts continue to develop a stronger, more professional, and sustainable football ecosystem for women.
