You're not going to lose fat in a certain area unless you are in a calorie deficit.
And even when you are in a calorie deficit, your body picks and chooses when and where it loses fat.
You have no say in this.
For some people their back could be the first to lean out, and the last their stomach.
For some people it’s their stomach and the last is their glutes.
Everyone is different, but you have no control over it, so stop worrying about it.
Focus on what you can control.
Eat in a calorie deficit to lose fat.
Lift weights to build muscle, to gain definition in that area.
You can build muscle in a certain area yes, but you don’t replace muscle with that. You lose fat, and you build muscle.
