Barau FC Fans Club Commends Club Patron, President, and General Manager for Remarkable Turnaround
The Barau FC Fans Club has expressed its strong and unwavering support for the Club Patron, Senator Dr. Barau I. Jibrin (Deputy Senate President and Grand Patron), Club President Alhaji Shawall Barau Jibrin, General Manager Dominic lorfa, and the entire management team for their outstanding dedication, visionary leadership, and strategic support, which have transformed the club’s fortunes this season.
In a statement issued today, the Fans Club praised the immense contributions of the Grand Patron, whose unwavering support and resources have been instrumental in the club’s resurgence.
The statement also highlighted the relentless efforts of the Club President and the dynamic General Manager, Dominic lorfa, whose administrative excellence and strategic leadership have guided Barau FC from a relegation battle in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) to a respectable eighth-place finish on the league table, while also reaching the quarter-finals of the President Federation Cup.
“We, the members of the Barau FC Fans Club, under the leadership of our Chairman, Magaji Tijjani G-Maga, stand firmly behind our revered Grand Patron, Senator Dr. Barau I. Jibrin, whose fatherly support, commitment to youth development, and significant investment in the club have laid a solid foundation for success,” the statement read.
“We equally commend our visionary President, Alhaji Shawall Barau Jibrin, and the hardworking, result-oriented General Manager, Dominic lorfa.
Their combined efforts, strategic direction, unity of purpose, and tireless dedication have revived the club, restored hope, and brought immense pride to the fans.
The journey from a relegation battle to an eighth-place finish in the NPFL, as well as reaching the quarter-finals of the President Federation Cup, is a clear testament to excellent leadership, determination, and team spirit.”
The Fans Club further urged all stakeholders, supporters, the good people of Kano State, and Nigerians at large to continue rallying behind the team as it strives for even greater achievements in the remaining fixtures of the season.
The supporters also pledged to maintain their vocal backing both at home and away, describing the current successes as the beginning of greater glory under the leadership and patronage of Senator Dr. Barau I. Jibrin, President Alhaji Shawall Barau Jibrin, and General Manager Dominic lorfa.
