In youth football, the biggest victories are not always the trophies.
Sometimes the biggest victory is a child who gains confidence, who is no longer afraid to make mistakes, who learns to work with others and believes in himself.
A coach can teach passing, pressing or positioning.
But a great coach also teaches discipline, respect, courage and responsibility.
Children may forget the result of a match.
But they will never forget how a coach made them feel during their development.
That is why coaching children is much more than football.
It is education through the game.
