🚨 睇到都覺得痛!打波舉手痛嘅真正元兇💥

打打下波突然痛到要「掉棍/跌拍」?😱💸 (哐啷一聲真係心都碎埋...)

唔好再以為純粹係熱身不足,夾硬去拉筋就搞得掂!🙅‍♂️❌

膊頭成日「卡住痛」 😫,好多時係因為關節入面嘅結構空間唔夠 🦴,結果每揮一次拍就磨一次條筋,搞到變慢性發炎!😭⚡
