I was completely wrong about Frank Lampard , he has thus far been able to steer the Chelsea FC ship well despite the clubs whole season transfer ban and despite his inexperience managing at this level , keeping the club in the top 4 of the english premiership and leading the club to the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions league ,very impressive and not bad at all from 'Super Frankie'.

I suspect the Arsenal board and shareholders /owners are simply going for arteta ONLY because of COST in that he would be the cheapest immediate or long term option for them , arteta has not proven that he can manage a club of arsenals size or stature , infact he has not proven that he can manage a club at the lower levels of English football so what makes anyone think he can manage an English premiership club ? With top pedigree and highly experienced and successful managers like Maximilio Allegri , Carlo Ancellotti availble the only conclusion I can draw from the arsenals ownerships obsession with appointing Arteta is that they know arteta will cost them the lowest compared to proven winners like Allegri and Ancellotti

When I remember the Green Eagles team of the Morroco 88 African Cup Of Nations , i am reminded that that was one of our most talented and versatile Nigerian teams that did not win anything major like an AFCON title nor took us to a world cup, but that was a really damn good team.

Its funny and ironic that David Luiz has joined Arsenal because he and Guendozi look so alike , both players look like twins , same height , same complexion , same facial features and even the same hairstyle, it's uncanny.

Arsenal are often thrifty but always wise spenders , and we offload often to , the club offloaded long time mainstays like Laurent Keshielny and Alex Iwobi while strengthening well and getting Luiz on the cheap , that's good bussiness while improving the team , Ozils case is the exception.

Did the Teranga Lions Of Senegal deserve to loss this AFCON Final to the Desert Foxes Of Algeria? A resounding NO. Did the Desert Foxes Of Algeria deserve to be crowned African Champions in 2019 based upon their general performance and balance of play in this AFCON tournament and not necessarily for this particular final game ? Yes. Football is a cruel game , but Senegal and Coach Alain Cisse should hold their heads high and be proud of the progress the Teranga Lions have made under coach Cisses watch.

Super Eagle striker Odion Ighalo basically sacrificed his hamstring to ensure that he wins the Golden Boot at this AFCON Egypt 2019 , as Nigeria won the third place / bronze medal place at the tournament tonight on Ighalos lone goal to give Nigeria a 1-0 victory against the Carthage Eagles Of Tunisia.
