Denver Football Academy 12 Years Anniversary: A Story Of Grit, Passion and Longevity.


For 12 years, Denver Football Academy has been a source of hope, inspiration and re- assurance for aspiring young footballers in the trenches. Founded by Ozor a footballer per excellence nicknamed Sisoko for his mastery of the football game.
It is safe to say, that his love for the game made him register a football academy- even with his merger resources as at that time.

I interviewed him and he told me the story of how Denver begun, when I listened to the heart touching story, I was moved to tears ( don't mind me, I too dey cry), lol..
It is a story of grit, passion and longevity.
Indeed, the academy has grown to become a beacon of hope, not just for the players, but also for the parents of the students.
From its humble beginnings on a small field at CPS with just a handful of players, Denver Football Academy has grown into a powerhouse in the youth football scene- a power house that has produced and nurtured players from their childhood to maturity, most of them are around the world doing exploits now.
With limited resources and a relative small training facility, a top-notch coaching staff and management; they've managed to maintain a record of producing top talent, that is why we believe at Denver football Academy that we are the best when it comes to grassroot football.

It is worthy to note that what set's Denver Football Football Academy apart from others is not just its success on the field, but the values it instills in its players, and it is reflected in our Logo: "Pride and Passion meets success"

As the academy celebrates its 12th anniversary, it is a time to reflect on the journey that has brought them to this point. It is a time to celebrate the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice that have gone into building the academy into what it is today. It is a time to honor the players, coaches, staff, and supporters who have been a part of this incredible journey.

But most importantly, it is a time to look to the future with optimism and excitement.
Denver Football Academy has come a long way in 12 years, but the best is yet to come. With a renewed commitment to excellence, a focus on character development, and a continued passion for the beautiful game.

As John Smith often says, "Success is not a destination, it is a journey." And for the Denver Football Academy, the journey is just beginning. Here's to 12 years of grit, passion, and longevity, and to many more years of success on and off the field. Happy anniversary, Denver Football Academy!
