Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium is a nice outdoor experience center were one can meet individuals of same interest. it is an engaging exercise center were you can comfortably engage in aerobic workout and drills, anerobic conditioning, stretches and flexibility routines, gymnastics and calistenics and also muscle building and toning of flaby body parts

Thanks to all who were able to come out today, special thanks to the mums at the asphalt-jogging, walking and moving..say No to body pains, waist pains and arthritis..
Warmest regards to those who spent their time at Modotel And Zodiac, the swimming is good, We admired those at the Lawn tennis court too and not to forget the children bouncing up and down in wild frenzy.
The tall guys did basketball at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium while we observed the roller bladders doing their stunts and elegant maneuvers. so many were at the parks while a few of us remained at home (though was preparing for wedding church services)
It was real fun today......Pictures coming through
Well we noted that just a hand-full indicated their interest for full body massage and only a few out of them did meet with our physiotherapist..anyways not to neglet the martial art trainees at the tartan with their usual noise.........Thanks rverybody, expect a headache free week and dont forget to pray every day.......before stepping on the door mat......one love everybody, keep us together
